When consumers feel something, they remember you, and then they'll buy something from you.

So, every campaign needs an emotional hook.

And every brand needs to find their heart.

Because when it comes time to buying that new car, changing insurance, switching banks or buying those new sneakers, consumers will always consider those brands that immediately come to mind; that made them feel something.
